You don’t need to know the whole process. Start here and we’ll show you what to do next.

What you’ll need
Use an email address you can access, and choose a password of at least 12 characters.

Verify your email
We’ll email you a six-digit code. Enter it on the sign-in screen to verify your email and open your file.
What you’ll need
Keep the sign-in page open and check your inbox. The code lasts 10 minutes; use the same browser and device.
Not in your inbox? Check junk or request another code.03
Arrange a viewing
Explore the apartments, read their details and choose the viewing option on the home you like.
What you’ll need
Complete or connect your rental profile if prompted, then choose an appointment or follow the enquiry instructions. Look out for your viewing confirmation.
A viewing request is only confirmed when you receive confirmation.04
Create an application
When you’re ready, start the application for your chosen apartment. Add your household details and the information requested.
What you’ll need
Use the application sections in your file, save your progress and return when you have what you need. Review everything before submitting.

Microphone off
Voice options & privacy
Browser speech may send microphone audio, including nearby speech before you say Nick, to your browser’s speech provider (such as Microsoft, Google or Apple). This is separate from OpenAI. It pauses while this tab is hidden and resumes when you return to this same page; mute stops it. Avoid private conversations while it is on.
Say “Hey Nick” and pause, or include Nick in your question. You can also tap Ask by voice now. On-device mode may download an English speech pack. The selected mode is shown beside the Nick voice toggle. Browser mode is the default when enabled by the site; there is no silent fallback. Voice pauses when this tab is hidden and resumes when you return to this same page. Turn on Nick voice on each new page.
Voice availability depends on the browser, device and microphone permissions. Typed questions and spoken playback remain available.
