Hosting in a shared building requires a wider view

The scenario below is illustrative. It explains our approach; it is not a customer testimonial or a report of a completed case.
An apartment may have its own front door, but it still belongs within a wider building. I want hosts to understand the shared arrangements before the property is presented as a place for guests to stay.
A moment in the moving journey
Imagine an owner preparing an attractive listing without checking the lease or building arrangements. A guest's arrival could raise questions about entrances, access and permitted use that should have been considered earlier. The team needs the actual evidence and appropriate advice, not an assumption based on another apartment.
How our property portal helps
Our property portal includes Collections and individual property records. Those can help organise a building alongside its homes. They do not determine whether short letting is permitted or replace the legal and safety information that applies to the property.

The people behind the process
The owner, building's relevant managing parties and our team may need to coordinate the practical preparation. Guest-facing information should reflect the confirmed position. I want a host's commercial ambition to work alongside respect for the people who share the building.
Your next step
If you are considering hosting an apartment, bring the relevant property and building information to the first discussion. We can help identify which questions need answering before the listing is prepared.
