The truthful listing creates a better welcome

The scenario below is illustrative. It explains our approach; it is not a customer testimonial or a report of a completed case.
A beautiful listing can inspire a booking. A truthful listing prepares the guest for a satisfying stay. I want the photographs, practical description and pricing explanation to describe the same experience.
A moment in the moving journey
Picture a guest choosing an apartment because an image appears to show a workspace that is no longer provided. The disappointment begins before the team has a chance to help. A change in furniture or facilities should prompt a review of the public information.
How our property portal helps
Our property portal includes media, property presentation and booking tools. These help bring the listing together, but accuracy still depends on the host and team checking the underlying facts. A visual should not imply a facility, view or service that has not been verified.

The people behind the process
Marketing colleagues and operational colleagues need to share updates. The person preparing a description may not know that an arrangement has changed unless the host explains it. I want that handover to be part of the routine, rather than a response to a complaint.
Your next step
When reviewing your property listing, compare it with the guest's actual route through the stay. Tell us which detail has changed so the information can be checked and updated consistently.
