The best sale begins before the first photograph

The scenario below is illustrative. It explains our approach; it is not a customer testimonial or a report of a completed case.
I believe the most reassuring thing an agent can give a seller is a clear beginning. Before the camera arrives, there is a quieter job to do: understand the home, identify the missing information and agree who will obtain it.
A moment in the moving journey
Imagine a seller who has a beautiful kitchen but cannot find the approval paperwork for an alteration. A rushed launch pushes that uncertainty into the buyer's lap. A prepared launch makes it a task with an owner, a source and a next step. The point is to discover the question while there is time to answer it.
How our property portal helps
Our property portal includes property records and document storage. In an enabled Sales journey, those tools give our team somewhere to organise the preparation, rather than treating every attachment as a new conversation. A saved document still needs a person to check its relevance and explain any gap.
The people behind the process
As MD, I want the photographer, negotiator and progression colleague to work from a consistent account of the home. Good presentation and careful preparation should reinforce one another. Neither should conceal something a buyer needs to understand.
Your next step
Ask us which three pieces of information would make your home better prepared for market. A practical starting list often feels much more manageable than a folder labelled 'everything'.
Sales portal journeys described here depend on Sales being enabled on the website. Ask the team which services and tools are available for your move.
