The check-out message should help the next arrival

The scenario below is illustrative. It explains our approach; it is not a customer testimonial or a report of a completed case.
Check-out is the final part of one guest's experience and the beginning of preparation for the next. I want the instructions to be simple enough to follow, considerate in tone and consistent with what was agreed.
A moment in the moving journey
Picture a guest receiving a long list of unexpected tasks on the last morning. That is not a helpful time to introduce obligations that were unclear when they booked. Practical departure information should explain the arrangement without creating a new surprise.
How our property portal helps
Our property portal's stay journey and property records can support a consistent account of dates and instructions. The team still needs to check that the message fits the booking and the actual property. A changed departure time needs to be reviewed with the operational people it affects.

The people behind the process
The host and turnover team should know which arrangements have been confirmed. If the guest reports a fault before leaving, that information needs a route into the preparation for the next stay. I want learning from one visit to improve the next one.
Your next step
Before departure, review the confirmed instructions and raise any problem with the team. A clear handover helps us understand the property's condition and coordinate the work that follows.
