The longer-stay budget needs the whole picture

The scenario below is illustrative. It explains our approach; it is not a customer testimonial or a report of a completed case.
A longer visit can make small pricing uncertainties much more significant. I want guests to understand the complete arrangement, including what is included and which optional services may be available, before they compare their choices.
A moment in the moving journey
Picture a customer multiplying a nightly headline by several weeks and assuming that is the final amount. Dates, occupancy and the applicable terms may need checking. The team should explain the actual proposition rather than leave the customer to assemble it from separate pages.
How our property portal helps
Our property portal includes stay pricing and booking tools. It also has monthly living-cost tools for supported rental journeys, which are a different process. We should not apply a rental estimate to a short stay or imply that a calculator determines the correct legal arrangement.

The people behind the process
The host and booking colleagues need a shared understanding of the proposed use and service. Where an extended occupation raises legal questions, appropriate advice should come before a promise. Clear costs and a suitable agreement belong in the same preparation conversation.
Your next step
If you need a longer stay, ask for the complete pricing explanation for your actual dates and circumstances. We can help distinguish the booking proposal from assumptions about a monthly tenancy.
